History
For many years there has been an active Communist presence in our region. In its heyday the Communist Party used to have 4 branches in Bristol alone with premises in both Bristol and Swindon. In 1988 the euro-communist faction idissolved the party and it had to be re-established as the Communist Party of Briitain by those remaining loyal to Marxism Leninism. For details see the
